同学们，作为建始一中的一员，相信在这里的每一位同学都有学好的愿望，都希望自己品学皆优，成绩优异，得到家长的嘉奖，教师的器重，同学们的羡慕。但是有的同学考试不梦想，就心灰意冷。其实学习的过程本身就是不断发现问题并解决问题的过程，而考试是暴露问题的一个最佳时刻，成绩不梦想的背后是出现了不该出现的错误，这就是问题的暴露，要立即采取措施加以改正，这定会带来学习的提高，于是这次的不梦想就是下一次提高成绩的催化剂，这一次的失败可能是必要的。中国人有句老话，说失败乃成功之母。可是我们都知道，并不是每一次失败之后都会出现成功。而这里的关键就在于你失败之后有没有总结教训，改正自己的错误。对于试卷上出现的问题我们应该仔细归类，不能单纯把错误归为马虎。对自己失去的每一分按一定的原因归类，比如粗心马虎、审题不严、概念不清、基本技能不过关、时间不够、过程不完整、能力不及等等，慢慢地，你就会发现自己的真正弱项，也就能找到下一步的努力方向。另外，我们教师也经常强调考试前最有效的复习方法是做过去做过的错题，所以对每次考试中出错的题应重点标注并归类保存。
我不欣赏那种怯懦、安逸的人，我钦佩那种表现出奋力向上有精神的人，那种永不屈服的人更令人尊敬。失败是艰难的，但是，不去努力争取成功，却更为糟糕。失败并不可怕，可怕的是不敢正视失败，生命的真谛在于奋斗，在于坚持不懈的追求，在于失败后的又一轮拼搏，真正的强者，不是在失败中诅咒成功者，也不是怨天尤人，而是在失败中反思自己，发掘自己内蕴的宝藏，力图重振旗鼓，卷土重来。虽然在失败中流过泪，伤过心，但要擦干眼泪，更加发奋去拼搏，争取更大的胜利。
青山遮不住，毕竟东流去。时间在流逝。宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。奋斗才会成功长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。我们的未来不是梦！

尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：
大家早上好!浓浓的秋风送走了教师节，也迎来了中秋节，在这里，我提前祝大家中秋节快乐!我是来自高二x班的xxx，今天我演讲的题目是《把握青春，展望未来》。
开学已经有一个星期了，在这新的学期里，高三学长学姐们逐渐被高考笼罩，高二的同学们想必也从对面那幢楼里隐约看见了自己的高三，不知高一的学弟学妹们是否已适应了高中生活呢?想必你们应该斗志昂扬地挑战高中的学习生涯吧?
我想，无论哪一个年级的同学都希望在那个充满阳光的六月放手一搏，用优异的成绩回报、父母的教导与期待，也对自己十几年读书生涯呈上一张满意的答卷!这也是我们身处思中的原因所在。
可是天上不会掉陷饼，即便是智商超群的天才也需要学习才能体现出其天才之处。我们在学习过程中也会遇到挫折，遇到这样那样的失败。我想，只要我们能专注与坚持，我们就能战胜挫折。
窗外世界太多彩，太让人期待，你无法将视线停留在黑板上，网络的吸引太强大，在磁场的作用下，你被他深深吸引，难以自拨;学习的乏味以及带给人的寂寞，你难以承受;老师，家长施加的压力太大，你只顾挣脱，早已忘记责任……太多太多的原因，或者可以说是太多太多的借口，你不能专注，你不能坚持，你只能放弃。也许颓废的你在父母哀求的眼神中想过专注，想过坚持、无奈，花花世界终将你驾驭。你投降了。也许未来的你只能说：“曾经的我是那样优秀，假如我能……”你会说什么呢?你能做什么呢?未来的你只能假设，不过幸运的是，现在我只是在假设。
所以，同学们，我们还有机会，我们还有大把的青春。永远不要后悔过去，在若干年后，你还能说青春无悔!你还能说我尽力了!可能你只比别人差一点点，别以为小小的差距微不足道，两条相交的直线在拥有一个交点后，一条直线永远只能仰视另一条直线。同学们，思中就是我们的交点，若干年后，你想要去仰视谁?还是想要被谁仰视?现在我们身处同一校园读书，未来呢?同学们，若不努力，就来不及了!你到底还剩多少时间?你还停留在只满足于对未来的想象中吗?理想是丰满的，现实是残酷的。生活在节奏越来越快的社会，再不赶上他人的脚步，你就只能成为被捕食的虾米。不要报怨学习带给你多少痛苦，扪心自问，你为学习付出了多少，一份耕耘，一份收获。假如你诚恳地面对学习，他永远不会亏待你的!
我来自高二x班，我来自高二年级的普通班，可是我始终坚持不到最后一刻我绝不承认自己普通，不到最后我绝不相信自己不会提高。我绝不承认自己长了一颗比别人差一等的脑袋，我绝不相信在高考这场战争中我会变成炮灰!我希望，我坚信，若干年后的我们会大声呼喊：“青春无悔”。

面对年良好的运营状况，我们应该有清醒的认识和更为远大的目标――创世界品牌，争行业先锋。缔造伟业，就要先改变思想，认清周边形势。当前，市钢铁行业发展势头迅猛，产业正处在上升期，但我们与东莞、佛山、广州等地相比，仍存在不小的差距，要迎头赶上他们，我们必须不拘一格，大胆创新。

亲爱的同学们：
大家好！我是九年级五班的嘉晨！
时光荏苒，三年就这样匆匆走过，我们在这里经历了好多。从三年前的天真无知到如今对社会生活有着初步了解的我们，在这所学校经历了这个过程。这个过程，我们会结交许许多多的朋友，这些朋友，有的会带给我们欢乐，使我们每一天过得充实有劲儿。有的会带给我们教训，使我们进一步成长，这个过程，我们学到了无数的道理和知识，这会使我们一生受益！
现在，我们站在同一片天空下，我们聚集在此。我们毕业了，毕业，这词或是欢喜，或是悲伤。毕业意味着我们在一起生活了三年的老师同学，和这美丽的校园大都离我们而去，这一点儿也不真切。我们会踏入高中生活，会面对形形色色的新事物，新面孔。一切会变得陌生，不适应。回想三年时光，我想最深刻的场景是每年一度的校运会，健儿在操场上挥洒汗水：在中考前夕我们一起尽心竭力的奋斗，刷题！那是刻骨铭心的。
“我知道我的实力配不上我的野心，so我在努力！”我们志气昂扬，我们不负众望，我们向往重点高中，重点大学，向往我们的光明未来。我们拼尽全力，刻苦奋斗！付出和回报不一定成正比，但一定不会成反比。此时此刻，我们的努力已经有了一份答卷，这份答卷，它是公平的，它见证了你的付出。也许有人会为此狂欢而开心度过这个假期，也许有人会失落而深刻反省自己的`不足，从而奋发图强，更加用功读书！有一句话这么说“当你以为已经晚了的时候，其实还有很多机会在等着你，不过它们只是在靠你努力挖掘出来罢了！”
初中生活虽已离去，但在这过程中的师生情，同学情不可抹去！我们！是最好的我们！
最后，希望同学们在即将到来的高中生活中更加努力，勇于表现自己，把最好的自己展现给最好的他们！把握美好的当下，充实自己，使每一天都过得有意义！就算疲惫不堪也要继续拥抱明天！我们，是最棒的！

孤独一人时，你是否会想起什么？成功顶峰处，你是否会感伤什么？回眸岁月，尘埃中淹没了多少欢乐，微风中飘过多少往事，秋雨中淋湿了多少记忆，带点心酸，是成功中的酸涩，还是回眸中的怅然若失？
驻足在路的中间，你蓦然回首：呀！路已走出好远了。原来，只要踏上路，就无须担心路远了，其实，脚步无须太忙，心情无须太激动。那些逝去的时光，那些停留在路上的脚印，是否会令你怔住：你已失去了一次观赏美景的机会，丢失了一份记忆的财富，错过了一次以激情回响青春赞歌的时机。
人生就像路，看似长远却又很短暂。难怪哲人说：走在路上无须害怕前方的路口，等你走到时，才发现似乎只在尺寸之间！
尘烟往事伴着一张张熟悉抑或陌生的面孔，穿越在记忆的长廊时你是否会为过去的不幸而潸然泪下。
曾经有多少时机可以让自己活得更平凡些，因为你犹豫了一秒钟，仅仅一秒钟，它便成了泡沫；曾经有多少瞬间可以让自己与亲人或朋友解释误会，冰释前嫌，因为你无谓的虚荣和面子，它便成了一道无法抹平的悔恨；曾经有多少祝福埋藏在心里来不及说出来，曾经有多少梦想幻灭在懒惰的深渊……
心中怅然，却不得不承认这就是自己的过去，一种叫做“放弃”的选择成就了心中多少无奈和悔恨。
浪漫主义诗人雪莱说过：过去属于死神，未来属于自己。是的，无论你的过去就是轰轰烈烈还是平平凡凡。那都不重要了，重要的就是现在，这就是未来。青春就是美丽的，在自己的园地里，我们应该收获丰硕的果实；在自己的殿堂上，伴着悠悠琴声，我们应该唱起用泪水和欢笑交织写成的青春之歌。在你回眸过去时，别忘了眺望未来，放飞梦想和祝福。
也许在下一个路口，你驻足回首那一瞬间，会少一些怅然若失，多一些问心无愧！
