1.听力一定要练，只要你把近几年听力部分都练习一遍，你就会发现很多规律，比如说火车or飞机总会晚点;邀请女士总是被拒绝;教授的讲座一定难;要做的作业一定多……

3.真题是一定要做的，而且真题一定要够详细，文章讲解要细，答案解析也要细。
4.再来说说做题技巧吧，阅读题细节题每年必考地方是列举处，即有first，second，in addition……的地方，还有举例与打比方的地方，即有as，such ，for instance等出现的地方。

12月大学英语四级备考建议
一、词汇
词汇是英语学习的基础，它的重要性自不必多说，全程班的课程安排中，前面一部分就是词汇讲解。我记得每节课时长只有三十分钟左右，但是听课都得花上一个小时。听词汇课的过程中，我会记录生词、释义以及例句。我也很喜欢用【开心词场】，除了对应班级的词书外，我还背过其它词书(例如与中国传统文化相关的词汇等)。对于一些一下子记不住的单词，可以把它们记在笔记本上，常去翻看。要注意的是，光知道单词的意思而不会用是不够的。我在记单词的时候会关注一些近义词，以便写作文的时候能够活用词汇。
另外想说一下我个人的想法，我觉得要知道自己掌握的词汇量的具体数值并不容易，但是想大致确定词汇量是否足够可以看一下两点：1、做阅读的时候是否因为生词过多而无法理解文意;2、写作文的时候是否想好了句子的架构却想不起对应的词汇。 如果自觉词汇量的不够的话，一定要趁备考时间充足加油记单词。如果目前掌握的词汇量足够应考，也要常常复习避免遗忘。
在临考时(例如考前半个月)，没有必要强迫自己再记新的词汇。可以复习一下已记住的词汇，如果时间不够充裕的话也一定要复习一下核心词汇(可以参考所购买资料附赠的词汇本或者用开心词场)。条件允许的话，还是建议在看词汇的时候朗读一下例句。
二、听力
我这次能取得高分离不开听力正确率的提高，所以希望小伙伴们也重视听力的练习。
听力大致分为短对话、长对话、独白、填词。如果对各类题的掌握程度差别较大，可以单独练习比较薄弱的题型;如果掌握程度差不多，则建议一次听一套练习。不过小沐我一开始也不是一套一套来练习的，毕竟时长35分钟，一开始注意力还能集中，听着听着就容易走神。有着同样困扰的小伙伴们，如果备考时间充足，可以先把一份听力分两次听，但要保证听的时候注意力完全集中。然后保证充足的练习量(我有段时间每周去图书馆练4-5次听力)，这样的话几个月后连续听35分钟也不那么容易走神了。
做听力的时候要先看选项，但是我不建议在准备期间看过多的题目，因为这样容易把信息混淆。至于一次看多少题的选项，还需要小伙伴们通过练习把握自己的节奏。在看选项的时候可以用笔划出“重点”，所谓“重点”，就是指某两个或四个选项间有明显区别的部分，
在听长对话和独白的时候要记得作笔记，而且笔记要简洁明了。例如当对话中出现两个人的信息时，可以分别写下他们的名字(或简写)，然后把相关的信息分别列在后边。
填词比起改革前要简单许多，英语基础不错的小伙伴们可以要求自己“最多错两个”，尽量要全对。不过填词时也容易犯漏了“to”、“in”等介词的错误，这个就需要大家注意在第三遍听的时候不掉以轻心，仔细检查。
三、阅读
阅读理解主要分为选词填空、长阅读(信息匹配)和仔细阅读。长阅读建议先看短的选项，划出关键词，再看原文。这个我觉得只要足够仔细应该准确率会很高。不过阅读速度慢的小伙伴还是要注意练习，提高速度，以免耗时过长影响之后的答题。仔细阅读的话，各人习惯不同，有些先看全文，有些先看选项。我基本两种都能用，不过更多的是先看全文。小伙伴们不用勉强改变自己的习惯，但是建议固定用一种方式，这样考试时也能得心应手。我觉得最难的还是选词填空(四级的时候错了一半，六级的时候大概错了两三个)，不过通过练习还是能有所进步的。我一般是先过一遍，了解文章大意，然后把最有把握的填上。接下来根据词性、大意来填，填完后通读一遍。不过有时还是会出现有几空无论如何也不知道填哪个的情况，这种时候还是先放一放吧，不要影响了后面的答题。
四、翻译
对于一般题材的文字，我相信英语基础还不错的同学应该能保证翻译出来的单句的正确性。但是碰上传统文化(这次是科技类)题材的文字时，可能会觉得有些词不知道怎么翻。考场上碰到的话也就只能找意思相近的写啦，考前还是建议多准备。开心词场里有传统文化相关词汇的词书，应该对备考有帮助。一般来说，做翻译题是有打草稿的位置和时间的’。正式考试时可以先把粗翻的内容写在试题卷的空白处，然后看看有哪些词可以改成“高级词汇”，哪些句型可以变换一下(例如把短句合并成长句)。尽量让译出来的文章看起来流畅优美，这样小瑕疵也不会减太多分啦~
五、作文
关于作文，我很惭愧地表示并没有太多练习，只有英语课上老师布置作业了才会去写作文。这里还是建议勤奋的同学自己练一练作文，至少考试时可以写得更顺手。然后对于和我一样懒得练作文的同学，至少还是要多看看范文，尤其是往年真题给出的范文。
总的来说呢，对于四级能顺利通过并取得良好成绩的小伙伴来说，只要不退步，过六级一定是没问题的。当然，如果想要在六级考试里取得更好的成绩，还是要多加练习。我在大一下，即备考的大半个学期中，做了开始至最新的真题卷，并且对照解析分析了自己的做题情况。之后又做了十套左右的模拟卷，外加听力练习册上的十套左右的听力练习。所以说足量的练习一定要保证。当然啦，因为我在各方面水平比较平均，所以基本是一套一套做的，如果有某方面特别弱的，可以根据自己的情况调整练习量。
最后还有一点点想说的，大学里的学习氛围可能不如高中浓厚，周围会有一些根本就不重视考级的，几乎次次裸考的同学或室友。如果你是想要一次过级，或者想要拿高分的，切记不要随波逐流。在和同伴们愉快玩耍的同时，保证一定的学习时间和练习量并不困难，这个平衡就考自己把握了。
12月英语四级备考计划
9月：词汇及语法梳理
◆ 任选一本四六级词汇书，制定20日-30日的背词计划。争取在9月份可以把词汇书过至少一遍。 特别提示：每日坚持抄一句英语新闻的标题和导语，都能为新版四级新闻听力做准备。
◆ 背词时，需要特别训练“眼熟”的能力，不用刻意强调拼写和多重含义，不停的用翻书或重复识别的方式加强印象即可。背单词最难的就在短时重复的循环坚持，多看一会儿，就战胜之前的你了。
◆ 务必结合单词录音，边听边背效果最好。
◆ 语法较弱的同学，请自行恶补常考的语法知识，例如虚拟语气、被动语态和定语从句等。适度听课，有利于清理语法死角。
◆ 多次考试且成绩长期处于420分数以下的同学务必尽早开动(包括四级成绩处于460分以下准备备考六级的)。此分数段同学英语学习方法存在重大问题。通过听课来改正方法比自己学可能效果好很多。
注意：各高校四六级报名会在九月陆续开始，月底结束，请不要错过笔试报名。
10月到11月：第一轮真题训练
推荐方法：
◆ 买两份一模一样的真题试卷，按照6天一套题目的速度练习第一份;
◆ 按照考试时间，完成所有题目(包括作文、翻译，以作文为例，写不下去也要撑30分钟);
◆ 确认答案，估计分数，标记在题目之前，作为记录;
◆ 分析所有错题和不确定的题目(此环节可能需要看真题解析或询问高手或者老师)，并且总结记录出现在准确选项，你选错的选项，答案对应原文等位置的生词;
◆ 尝试翻译所有题目的准确答案项以及对应原文(听力、阅读部分);
举例：206月 四级新闻听力中的一个选项，你确定能看懂?
Lack of runway and terminal capacity。 这是来自听力部分的材料，其中，terminal就是一个难点。看不懂，怎么可能听懂?不认识，就得查。
◆ 听力至少再听三遍(前两遍，看着跟读，第二遍，试着闭合书本裸听，听不懂可能需要继续，四级新闻及六级演讲原文部分中与选项无关的位置，可以以看懂为主);
◆ 努力记住第四步记录的单词或短语。
◆ 重写作文，背诵并理解翻译范文。
如此说来，完成一套真题的时间，至少在四个小时以上，本时段的训练不用太快，关键是消化!
1、多背单词
学习英语，掌握大量的单词是基础条件，只要背了足够的单词，在做阅读理解和完形填空时，就不会出现突然卡壳、难以继续进行的状况。有时候一篇阅读理解中会出现一个或几个高频词汇，如果不知道单词的意思的话，很可能对整篇文章的理解都会跑偏。同时，就我的经验来说，我不建议使用手机软件来记忆单词，因为利用手机来记忆单词，这样的记忆会十分短暂。我最开始背单词也用过类似“百词斩”这类的背单词手机软件，想着玩手机的同时把单词也背了，这样就一举两得了。但到真正做题的时候才发现，好多单词都好像记忆过，但就是想不起来它的意思了，或者有好多单词只记得它对应的图片，却记不起来实际的意思。所以，我之后就不再使用手机软件来背单词了，在学姐手里淘了一本二手的“新东方词汇”，(建议买资料都买乱序版的，对我来说乱序版比顺序版更好记忆一些)，每天上课都带着，大学里上选修课的时候就拿出来记忆，根据书中分好的list来制作每天的学习计划，(计划因人而异，我是根据书的页数来分配的，根据距离四级考试的剩余时间，来规划每天记忆的页数)。先背书中的单词和意思，觉得自己背的差不多了，就把意思遮住，在本子上根据单词写出相应的意思，最好把词性也一起写上，写完后检查，把没有记住和记忆错误的单词下面画上一道横线，再记忆这些单词，再自我默写，对于这次记忆错误的或记不住的单词，就在单词下面画两道横线，再记忆，直到完全记忆。以后复习单词的时候，就可以只复习画横线的单词，因为其他的单词基本都是高中时期常见的单词，已经能够熟记于心，不需要花太多的时间在上面。掌握大量单词之后，你会发现在做题时会变得更加得心应手。
2、背诵好的文章、词句
我高中时期就有一个可以说是英语逆袭的同桌。一开始，英语150的满分他从来没有超过一百分，之后我们英语老师开始教我们课外教材“新概念3”，告诉我们只要把新概念上的文章背下来，掌握其中的高级语法，写作时可以套用其中的句型或高级词汇，这样英语分数绝对能达到高分。我的同桌其他科都很优秀，为了弥补英语这个短板，他就开始按照老师说得来，老师一有空了他就给老师背诵他前一天准备的文章，然后再借鉴所背的文章里的优秀词句写一篇作文，再拿给老师审批，老师再给他分析其中需要修改和加强的部分，这样一个月左右，他的英语成绩再也没有低于过120分，虽然没有达到特别顶尖的水平，但是已经做到了维持稳定，而且就那之后，他对英语的态度也由逃避没兴趣转变成了喜欢。多背文章绝对是有好处的，所谓熟能生巧，但也不能只是单纯的背诵，也要思考其中的重难点语句，学会在写作时如何将背诵的内容转换为自己所用，让其成为亮点。
3、强化听力
听力一直是四级考试里多数考生认为比较难的部分，但是听力所占的分值是很高的，因此，绝对不能放弃听力。我练习听力时，一般是先按考试的形式做一遍，对完答案之后，再把有错误的地方，看着原文再听一遍，发现自己错误的点，再不看着原文听一遍，看是否能听出关键部分。平时也可以拿几篇听力文章专门来练习，学着听力录音里的腔调读听力文章，直到读的速度和听力录音里的相差无几，这个过程中，因为已经掌握和熟悉了听力录音的发音技巧和方式，所以在后面练习的时候就能学会听其中的关键部分，做题准确率就会更高。
4、多刷套题
邓小平爷爷曾经说过，“实践是检验真理的唯一标准”。准备四级考试的过程中，刷题就是对自己所学内容的实践。我建议刷题最好在四级考试一个月前开始，因为这时候单词量和语句已经掌握的足够多了，听力练习也达到了一定水平，基础已经打牢实了，这个阶段需要做的就是训练自己在限定的两小时时间内高效且准确的答完题目。根据我的经验，对于答题的先后顺序处理，我个人做了几套题之后，总结的答题顺序是：听力—作文—阅读理解的长篇阅读短篇阅读—翻译—选词填空，因为看了四级的分值分布之后，你会发现，选词填空的分值所占比例是最小的，且难度会比较大一些，如果放在前面做的话，会占用较多的时间，可能准确率还不高，所以这道题我一般都会放在最后来做。长短篇阅读的时间尽量控制在15分钟一篇，翻译20分钟，选词填空10分钟，听力和写作各30分钟。(时间分配可以视自己情况来看，每个人偏重的部分不同，比如我比较擅长翻译，所以将翻译的时间缩短了10分钟，利用到其他题目上。)这样在2小时之内做完一整套试卷，(一定要限时)做到一定数量套题之后，基本就能在控制时间的条件下达到稳定的分值。
如何备考大学英语四级
第一：储备单词
先说一下，学长本人的大学英语四、六级已经考过了。根据自己当年考大学英语四级的备考经验，我感觉单词积累是比较重要的!我们不仅要有高中时候的单词储备量，还要重点去记忆大学英语四级考试中，常出现的高频词汇。
如果你高中时期，英语并不是很好，我建议你利用假期的时间赶紧学习一下。特别是有些学校，大一第一学期，不允许学生们报考大学英语四级。就像我们学校，是在大一的下半年，才让大一新生，报考大学英语四级的。
因为同学们也比较清楚，在高考前后是咱们英语能力最强的时期。而且有些同学刚到大学，突然间没有人去管你，不再像高中那样学习压力非常大，很容易就把英语基础给丢掉了。
咱们背单词，可以先从高中的单词看，很多学弟学妹跟我说，他们还留着高中时候用的单词资料。因为大学英语四级常考的词将近4000个，其中包括了咱们高中学过的单词，有三分之一是咱们比较陌生的单词。假期的时候，可以在家里找一找高中的单词资料，背一部分单词。等到回学校，可以从网上买，大学英语四级的词汇或者大学英语四级高频词，继续背。
大学里背单词并不是让你会背写，只要你认识这个单词，知道大概意思，能够翻译出来就行。
第二：研究真题
有的同学在备考大学英语四级的时候，不喜欢做真题，这样是不行的。任何考试，研究真题，都非常有价值，而且对你考试一定有帮助。
我以前的文章中，经常建议备考大学英语四六级的同学们，反复做真题。因为我之前在备考的时候，一套真题，我可能做到三次以上。我研究的真题都是近三年的考试真题，主要是从里面认识单词。有些题你刷的过程中，会发现个别单词容易反复出现。这样多做几道题，你就会有题感了。就像阅读理解的仔细阅读题，做得题多了，你知道需要先看问题，然后按照顺序，回到原文中找答案。
1.把单词放在第一位。
背单词时要总结生词，把一些不了解的生词全部都总结到生词本上，要坚持每天翻看。并且在做英语模拟试卷时，同时要注意看其他选项的陌生词语，一题多做。在阅读中学习单词，在阅读中要交叉精读和泛读，让在阅读中更多的了解一些陌生单词。
2. 关于听力。
听力大循环战略，英语四级的听力，刚开始听时，都会觉得听不懂，十分模糊，其实在最初这都属于正常，我们只需坚持下来即可，主要是循环听，边听边看。
3. 阅读题。
一定要先看题，在看文章，因为英语四级的阅读篇幅长度都很长，应该先看题目，在从文章中找寻答案。我一般在看完问题时，会把阅读每个段落都标出来，然后每段落中的句子我也都会标记出来，这样浏览时会比较有效率。
4. 写作和翻译。
在平常学习时，一定要多总结好的句子，在考试中可以替换其中的词语，这样可以节省时间，也能避免在考试中过分紧张影响考试发挥。翻译其实更多考验的是平时词语的积累。
5.习惯做笔记。
在学习过程中，做笔记对于复习有着很大的帮助，要善于做笔记，在看笔记过程中发现自己复习的不足。
