How time flies! My middle school life iscoming to an end. I can’t forget the happy time that I’ve spent with myclassmates and teachers. At school , I am busy with my studies. I’m interestedin English , because my English teacher, Miss Wang, is kind and helpful.
I like playing basketball and reading books. Afterclass, I join some clubs at school. In this way, I’ve got more knowledge andimproved my life. I learn how to face difficulties, and I also learn how to geton well with friends.
My school life is meaningful and colorful. Ina word, it is unforgettable, isn’t it?
Middle school, ah, those were the days! It was a time of laughter, friendship, and unforgettable experiences. As I look back on those years, I cant help but smile at the memories that shaped who I am today.
One of the most treasured aspects of middle school life was the friendships we formed. We were like a tight-knit family, experiencing everything together. From surviving math class to cheering each other on during sports events, we were always there for one another. The bond we shared was unbreakable, and to this day, my middle school friends remain my closest confidants.
Of course, no discussion about middle school memories is complete without mentioning the teachers who left a lasting impact on us. They were not just educators but also mentors and role models. Their enthusiasm and dedication made learning enjoyable, and they always went the extra mile to help us succeed. I still remember Mr. Johnson, my English teacher, who ignited my passion for literature, or Mrs. Smith, the science teacher, who made every experiment an adventure. These teachers not only taught us academic knowledge but also valuable life lessons.
Apart from friendships and teachers, middle school life was filled with various other adventures. From participating in school plays to organizing charity events, there was never a dull moment. I recall the excitement of our annual talent show, where we showcased our hidden talents and cheered for one another. We also had our fair share of pranks and mischievous moments, like the time we organized a surprise birthday party for our math teacher, complete with balloons and cake!
Looking back, middle school was a time of growth and self-discovery. It was a stepping stone towards adulthood, where we learned to navigate challenges and embrace new opportunities. The experiences we had and the memories we made will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
In conclusion, middle school memories are a treasure trove of laughter, friendships, and life lessons. It was a time of joy and growth, where we formed lifelong bonds with friends and were inspired by dedicated teachers. These memories will always remind us of the vibrant and unforgettable years we spent in middle school.

I remember it like yesterday. We were all waiting patiently for my father to come home from the race track. He promised me and my sister that if he won,he would take us all to Rye Playland.
The minutes felt like hours. It was the longest hour of my life. Then finally we heard the car door shut.Me and my sister ran to the front door anxiously waiting for the news.He opened the door and walked in.We tried to read the expression on his face but of course he was looking down while taking his sneakers off.
The suspense was killing us.Then he looked up.No words were spoken between us and our father. He just gave us a blank stare.I didnt know what to think.I was scared to ask because I was so worried of the response.
Last summer holiday, I learned to swim. It was very unforgettable and interesting. I went to the swimming pool with my father. He taught me how to swim. At first, I was afraid of diving in the water.
And I felt uncomfortable in the water. But father said it doesn’t matter and he would protect me. Then I began to swim, but I couldn’t swim forward at all. It made me upset.
Then father told me how to move, how to stretch out my hands and legs. Slowly, I could move a little. In fact, it was not that easy. I learned it for almost half a month. I was excited when father told me I made it.
I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed. Needless to say, our teachers were few, too.
As a pupil I preferred the playground to the classroom and often liked to play tricks on girls, as by hiding insects in their desk drawers. On one occasion, I even grimaced behind the back of our teacher, causing the whole class to break into laughter; however, instead of becoming angry, he merely asked why we were laughing and wondered whether there was anything wrong with him.
On another occasion, I punctured the tires of a car parked inside the school by using something sharppointed, leaving the principal frightened and bewildered after he had noticed that. Such were the happy moments in my life at that school. The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rushing home as if we would never be back.
Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were no less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.
My grade school days are the most wonderful time I have ever had. In those days I always wanted as eagerly to learn as a dog prowls about in search of food.
The teachers taught me not only the three Rs but also the way to observe the world surrounding us. They laid more stress on observation than on memorization.
Thus we had much time to talk over and trade our learning experiences. What excited me most during my grade school days, however, was to be out collecting specimens of the butterfly.
Once, on a sunny day and after walking a good while, we reached a one began to catch the butterflies with great excitement while the teacher told us about the living habit of them. Though we spent more time in playing than in catching butterflies, we still had a rich collection when we went home, and a rich knowledge of wildlife into the bargain. After I attended junior high school I did not have much of an opportunity to learn the way I did in grade school, but did not regret because we are bound to go through various stages of life.
Anyway, my grade school education was the cornerstone of my later learning career and for that single reason, if not for any other, I am grateful to it.
Hainan is a beautiful place. I lived there for a summer holiday. There is lots of clean water. More specific, most of them are blue sea water. And there are many green plants. The air is very fresh.
I think maybe it is because of the water and plants. The weather is very hot. But I don’t hate, because I can go swimming every day.
When I come back to my hometown, I am not allowed to do this. Hainan is also a travel city. I feel proud when I see many people come here for a visit, because I can visit those places every day.
My memory in Hainan is very good.
a pleasant memory of my childhood
i am already 18 years old, but the memory of my childhood is still like an unforgettable sweet dream.
one day, all my family went to climb a mountain. there father told my elder sister and me that the first one to get to the top of the mountain would be given a toy. hearing this, we began to run up. at first i kept ahead, but a few minutes later my sister was ahead of me. however, i didnt give up. that toy attracted me to run forward, in the end i reached the top first.
on the top we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and had a picnic. at dusk, we went down the mountain happily. i was the happiest one, because i not only got a toy train but also knew that one shouldnt give up readily.
