Each human being is born as something new, something that never existed before. Each is born with the capacity to win at life. Each person has a unique way of seeing, hearing, touching, tasting and thinking. Each has his or her own unique potentials—capabilities and limitations. Each can be a significant, thinking, aware, and creative being—a productive person, a winner.
The word “winner” and “loser” have many meanings. When we refer to a person as a winner, we do not mean one who makes someone else lose. To us, a winner is one who responds authentically by being credible, trustworthy, responsive, and genuine, both as an individual and as a member of a society.
Winners do not dedicated their lives to a concept of what they imagine they should be; rather, they are themselves and as such do not use their energy putting on a performance, maintaining pretence and manipulating others. They are aware that there is a difference between being loving and acting loving, between being stupid and acting stupid, between being knowledgeable and acting knowledgeable. Winners do not need to hide behind a mask.
Winners are not afraid to do their own thinking and to use their own knowledge. They can separate facts from opinions and don’t pretend to have all the answers. They listen to others, evaluate what they say, but come to their own conclusions. Although winners can admire and respect other people, they are not totally defined, demolished, bound, or awed by them.
Winners do not play “helpless”, nor do they play the blaming game. Instead, they assume responsibility for their own lives. They don’t give others a false authority over them. Winners are their own bosses and know it.
A winner’s timing is right. Winners respond appropriately to the situation. Their responses are related to the message sent and preserve the significance, worth, well-being, and dignity of the people involved. Winners know that for everything there is a season and for every activity a time.
Although winners can freely enjoy themselves, they can also postpone enjoyment, can discipline themselves in the present to enhance their enjoyment in the future. Winners are not afraid to go after what he wants, but they do so in proper ways. Winners do not get their security by controlling others. They do not set themselves up to lose.
A winner cares about the world and its peoples. A winner is not isolated from the general problems of society, but is concerned, compassionate, and committed to improving the quality of life. Even in the face of national and international adversity, a winner’s self-image is not one of a powerless individual. A winner works to make the world a better place.

毕业季，挺凄苦的一件事情，我不知道诸位生不生气，因为从你们生下来，上幼儿园的时候就有人告诉你说好好学习，你得考上那个小学，好好考上这小学，你才能考上那个初中，那个初中考上才能上那个高中，那个高中考完，你才能上那个大学，上了那个大学以后你才能够找到工作。然后你上完那个大学以后，他们说，没有了。你们生气吗?恨谁?恨你妈?恨你爸?恨你的老师?恨这个社会?恨谁?都有要恨的，我想说第一，活该!谁让你听他们的话的，从小你就应该知道，你自己的脑子，自己的腿，自己的胳膊，自己的人生，你听别人的话，别人坑了你，那不叫活该，叫什么?第二句话，你恨什么，恨你自己错误地把梦想、生活和工作三合一了，所以你不可能有一个好的工作满足你，活该。
我想这个问题可能我用我自己的经历，把它做一个拆分，诸位听听合理不合理。我觉得错在两个字上叫标准，错在标准上了。比如说住房，你非说我没有三居室它不叫房子，我没有一个花园不是一个宅子，它不叫房子，那么我说在宿舍的一张床，没让雨淋着，没让风刮着，它也是个房子。你想把董明珠当成标准，你死定了。他们是无数个偶然组成的，那个神童，那基本上都是雷劈过的，都不属于正常人的智商，他太棒了，我们不要学，也学不起，更不能把这样的人当成榜样，也不能这样要求自己，苛求自己，折磨自己，虐待自己和看不起自己。
上一次我开讲的题目叫《我是谁》，今天我知道我要来讲的是“我将向何处去”。我现在也在招聘员工，我特别生气，因为来到我面前招聘的年轻人，他老问我问题，他说您这儿能给我提供一个什么样儿的工作，那我肯定问，那你会什么呀，他就会讲我曾经学过的专业，他要再问，我如果好好干，你将来会给我一个前程吗，那个前程是什么样儿的，我说我的企业怎么能为你量身定做?我怎么知道到那个时候我还要不要你呢?怎么能把你的前程绑架了我?我要看到的是你给我的帮助，当你帮助了我，我才能说一句谢谢你，如果你没有给我帮助，我凭什么要谢你呢!用我的钱，用我的职位，五个月、六个月培养了您，我还在上面老看，你有什么特点啊，你有什么优处啊，我能怎么再帮助你，我怎么应该培训你，然后我才能让年轻人扶上马。凭什么呀!你说我想的这事儿对还是不对，说出来特别难听，但是理，绝对正确。我敢向你们保证，有一个老板是一个老板，别看他嘴上说的是一样，心里一定跟我想的是一样的。80后、90后更多的比我们这种40后、50后、60后、70后，更少地经历了自立更生的过程，更少地经历了人生的灰暗，我们可能在童年的时候真的就为了一根冰棍，去偷过五分钱，我们可能真的为了别的小朋友，可以有一个绸子的红领巾，而我只有布的，布都是丝儿了，都断了，我想要一个红领巾的时候，跟我妈哭求了一个多星期。在这个情况下，你们的抱怨居然比我们多，我说你们就不可爱，我是你们的姐姐或者是阿姨，当我是家里人说这个话，你们就别生气，因为我是好心，我这种好心得不得到好报，没有关系，帮了一个人，我今天讲就值了。
做一个平淡的人，也许就是一餐普通的饭，就是一个能栖身的床，就过这样平淡的日子吧，有什么不好呢?我祝愿各位，在这个毕业季，在以后的毕业季，没有慌张、没有痛苦、没有纠结、没有抱着材料到处地跑，有的是一种坦荡和平静。我不想祝福你们今天，或者以后找到一个美满的工作，我祝愿大家都有美满的人生。谢谢!
走在陌生的街，当所有的事物都不再能感觉到。我一直盼望有一天我可以拥有一件真正属于我的东西，只要那么一件，小小的，亮亮的。可是当生命沦为遗憾，对于我还有什么可以期待。而在漫长的等待中我又得到了什么，长久的我行我素，要么得到一切，要么一无所有，而我只剩一无所有。
这是高考结束后我的感受，一无所有的人是悲哀的，但是更加悲哀的是我一直都没有认识到这一点。那时的我总是在复读和升学之间徘徊犹豫，甚至找不到前进的方向。在前途未卜的征程上，我还在等待着什么，那些早已过去的和没有到来的，或许有一些正在赶来，可这些都是真实的吗?过去的我抓不住，而对于将来我也不敢奢求。
人生该如蜡烛一样，从顶燃到底，一直都是光明的。这是我开往建筑学院的公交车上看到的一代文学家，革命家萧楚女先生的话。那一刻，似乎所有的阴霾都消失的无影无综。它就像撕破也的唇的第一缕阳光，瞬间的光芒刺痛了早已麻木的神经。由衷地我爱上了那一瞬间的晕眩，在那新鲜的空气中我听到心脏有力地跳动的声音。
我终于明白，原来我们一直都在路上，每个人都有自己的天空，都有着一样的困惑，我不是默默飞翔的鸟儿。于是我重拾这支一度被搁置的笔，将那一个个充满活力的字组最美丽的篇章，我要在人生之路上谱写自己的篇章，我要在自己的舞台上展现自我。
在阴晦的西山之颠，那是么梦的家乡，他永远让人感到迷茫，迷茫又仓皇，只想逃脱。当鸟儿迷失了飞翔的方向，那迟疑的翅膀仍保持着飞行的姿势，因为它知道，身下是万丈深渊。
在那缥缈的山顶上，我只能看到自己。在那一刻，我终于发现了自己，终于证明了自己，终于认识到真正的自己，生命在那一刻才完全体现出它的价值。当夜的来临，我们仍然不愿停下前进的脚步，原来夜是舞动的精灵，它能让人感觉到幸福。
生活就是这样，即使在最艰难的时刻，我都不能停下前进的脚步，再难、再险，我们都要告诉自己——我还可以飞翔。

大家好!
在此，我将向大家说出我的梦想，几个像梦一样的理想，在今天我祈祷我的梦想能让上帝听到，放飞到天堂。
有理想并为之奋斗的人一定是坚强的人，有梦想并陶醉其中的人一定是浪漫的人。在我心中，曾经有一个梦，想做一位诗人，不求普希金的激情澎湃，但求徐志摩的细腻缠绵，记得孤独时，用文字做伴，从此不再单身;记得伤心时，把泪雨化做诗行，抚平心灵的创伤。
人生路上是那样的坎坷，我的梦的旅程也是那样崎岖，我不敢高攀诗人的山峰。现在我只希望能有一个平静的梦想，梦里有“小桥，流水，人家”，远离尘嚣，摆脱世俗的纷争，那就满足了。那就是做一名乡村教师。雨果曾说过：“花的事业是尊贵的，果实的事业是甜美的，让我们做叶的事业吧，因为叶的事业是平凡而谦逊的。”教师就像那默默奉献的绿叶，时时刻刻衬托着鲜花的娇艳。史烟飘过，回看今天。师者为师亦为范，学高为师，德高为范。走上三尺讲台，教书育人;走下三尺讲台，为人师表。教师不仅是社会主义精神文明的建设者和传播者，更是莘莘学子们的道德基因的转接者。
当我在人生的岔路口选择的时候，我已做好准备，当我从岔路口走上这条路的时候，我本是一个极平常的人，能做一名教师，是我今生最大的心愿。全国着名特级教师魏书生竟是经过150多次申请、六年的努力才实现当教师的夙愿。如今我已无怨无悔，我愿用我的青春和热血去浇灌祖国的未来，我心中坚信一句话“选择教师，我无悔”。
记得全国着名特级教师于漪曾深情地对同事们说过：“如果人的生命有一百次，而且每次都可以让自己选择职业，那么我将一百次选择教师——这个太阳底下最光辉的职业!”这句话也道出我的心声，我要把教师这一职业当作一生的事业加以追求，言传身教，衣带渐宽终不悔;鞠躬尽瘁，一腔热血洒杏坛。
这就是我的大学我的梦，毕业后到偏远的乡村做一名普通的教师，一个平凡而无悔的选择。
